I wish I could give them more stars. Everyone that I had to deal with from Rodney who first came out, Drew who came out and did the final measurements, Megan who scheduled and then Rory and his crew are the BEST! Spelled out everything that was going to take place, gave me a heads up if there was going to be extra charges if they ran into any problems.
They did exactly what they promised. Completed the job very quickly and we're very thorough. Had other companies with bids for my windows, they couldn't touch their price or the service I received.
In the future any home needs will go through them.
The team at Advanced was professional and courteous from our 1st interaction. Home Inspector Gary made the recommendation to combine the windows above our sink into a dual slider. Let me tell you once they installed that window, I was blown away with the aesthetics and how that black window made our kitchen pop!
Installers Matt and Jim made the best team ever! They were respectful of our home, used drop cloths and vacuum as they went along. The front door and trimming around the transom is my 2nd favorite install of the project. We will definitely hire Advanced in the future to finish additional projects and we highly recommend you hire them too.
Being able to visit the showroom to actually see the products was a big plus.Company owners, Gary and David Derrick, were quite helpful in making the process easy. This my my first time working with Advance, they came to me on a recommendation. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and good at communicating and doing everything they said. Held to all of the dates given up front including the on site visit, estimate, scheduling and installation.The installers were top notch and we are thrilled with the new doors!
Our second time using Advance services for a new roof on our home after being so pleased and impressed with their customer service and craftsmanship on a custom designed kitchen window. The whole process from first consultation to completed project was easy and painless. The crew arrived on time and systematically completed the work in a day, while actually singing while they worked! They cleaned up as if they were never there, and our house looks like new with a gorgeous new roof. The cost was very reasonable for high quality materials and detailed expertise.
